South London – The Better Body Programme

Our Better Body Programme is small group personal training, so you get all the benefits and personalised attention of 1-2-1 but also combining the fun and camaraderie of working in a small group with similar goals.

You won’t find another health and fitness membership package locally that incorporates all your exercise, food and mindset in one place. We look after your exercise, your nutrition and your mindset so you are guaranteed to get results if you follow the programme.

Our Better Body membership includes:

  • A 12-week initial membership then moves to a flexible monthly rolling membership (95% of our members stay for at least 2 years)
  • 2/3 workout sessions per week and you can choose from 40 sessions every week
  • Full nutrition support and coaching from Ashley a qualified nutritionist. this includes meal plans and habit coaching, 
  • 24/7 support via email, whats app, phone or facebook
  • Private facebook group for studio members
  • Members only area – including home workouts, mobility workouts, mindset coaching, nutrition skills, monthly recipe book and much more

Our studio strength and conditioning training sessions are designed to:

  • Get you moving better
  • Build strength and lean muscle
  • Condition your body to look and feel the best it ever has
  • Train in an environment you feel comfortable in and with trainers who know your name and your ability

The workouts include some strength, some cardiovascular exercise and then conditioning so you get a complete all over body workout, raise the heart rate to burn fat and calories and build lean muscle, with a warm up and cool down in each session.

All our trainers are highly qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience.

We cater for men and women, from 30-70 yrs young, or all sizes and abilities, so whether you have never exercised before, had a break recently and want to get back to exercise or currently have an exercise programme and want to incorporate a different element and dynamic then we can help you.
