Whilst we are treading in uncertain times we want to again thank you all for your ongoing support. Your messages and calls have been of great value to us and it makes us all very proud of our community.
We have transitioned to all online sessions so have over 30 online small group sessions, pilates classes, specific core and larger group classes so something for everyone.
