We offer bespoke personal training packages at our private studio for your specific needs and goals. We will help you to look how you want to look, connect with your body, become capable and feel body confident and most of all become a healthier and fitter person.
Every session will be tailored by your trainer to your specific health and fitness goals. We have great relationships with local phyisos so anyone with programmes to follow of injuries we can tailor your workouts to your abilities. Body composition and nutrition will also be tracked to maximise the benefits you receive from the training.
In your free consultation, your goals, personality, and budget will be taken into account before we recommend how we can best help you.
