Rachel has been training with us in some form for nearly 4 years now, starting with zumba and moving onto our BB programme .
She has been on our Better Body programme since January and says ‘It is the best thing she has ever done’. She feels stronger and fitter than she has ever felt before. She has a gear understanding and relationship with her food and diet, and loves her PT sessions each week.
